Job Description

- Design marketing collateral including social media creatives, brochures, property listing visuals, and presentation decks using Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Edit and produce video content such as reels, property walkthroughs, ad films, and testimonials using Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Shoot content on site using gimbals, phones, and other typical mobile shooting equipment
- Use CapCut for rapid turnaround, short form social content
- Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Higgsfield to speed up ideation, scripting, and content generation
- Maintain consistent visual branding across all creative output
- Translate briefs from marketing and sales teams into high quality creative work
- Manage multiple projects independently under tight deadlines

Desired Candidate Profile





- 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in graphic design and video editing
- Expert level command of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects
- Strong working knowledge of CapCut
- Hands on ability to shoot content using gimbals, phones, and other mobile shooting devices
- Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Higgsfield as part of the daily workflow
- A strong, varied portfolio is mandatory to apply
- Willing to work out of a cafe based, informal setup in Mumbai
- Comfortable with an early start to the work day
- Strong sense of visual design, typography, and storytelling
- Clear communicator, able to interpret briefs accurately
