Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of Quality Analysts to ensure high-quality delivery of projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for automated testing using various tools such as Selenium WebDriver.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify defects and implement fixes in software applications.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior team members to improve their skills.
Job Requirements :
- 8-14 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in Quality Analysis or related field.
- Solid knowledge of automation testing techniques using Playwright.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
