Key Responsibilities

Social Media

- Manage AJDA's Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn presence.
- Develop and execute a monthly content calendar.
- Create and publish Reels, carousels, posts, stories and other social content.
- Identify relevant social media trends and adapt them to AJDA's brand.
- Monitor engagement, audience growth and content performance.

Content Creation

- Conceptualise and create content around:
- Architecture projects
- Interior projects
- Villas and residences
- Real estate opportunities
- Property transformations
- Design concepts and processes
- Before & after projects
- Site visits and project progress
- Real estate and design insights

- Shoot photographs and short-form videos at project sites and properties.
- Edit Reels and short-form videos.
- Create visually engaging presentations, carousels and digital creatives.
- Write strong captions, headlines and content hooks.

Brand Storytelling

- Develop AJDA's visual and digital identity across platforms.
- Present projects in a way that communicates the design thinking, quality and story behind them, rather than simply showcasing finished photographs.
- Build consistent and premium communication across architecture, interiors and realty.
- Explore innovative content formats and storytelling approaches.

Digital Marketing

- Assist in planning and executing Meta and other digital campaigns.
- Support lead-generation campaigns for real estate and design services.
- Track campaign performance and generate basic reports.
- Analyse audience behaviour and social media insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement and enquiries.

Photography & Videography

- Coordinate and, where possible, independently conduct project/property shoots.
- Capture architecture, interiors, details, landscapes, construction progress and lifestyle content.




- Create short-form videos suitable for Instagram Reels and other platforms.
- Coordinate with external photographers/videographers when required.

Skills Required

- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Good knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Good photography and videography skills.
- Ability to edit Reels and short-form videos.
- Strong visual sense and understanding of composition.
- Good copywriting and communication skills.
- Understanding of social media analytics and insights.
- Ability to identify trends and convert them into relevant content.
- Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Background

Candidates from Architecture, Interior Design, Mass Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Media, Graphic Design or related fields are welcome.

Prior experience with architecture studios, interior designers, real estate companies, hospitality or luxury lifestyle brands will be an advantage.
