Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess basic skills, experience, and communication.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with offer coordination and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets and hiring timelines.
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring teams to understand job requirements.

Requirements

- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.




- Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in recruitment can also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive follow-up, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, or other sourcing platforms is an advantage.
