Job Title: Accountant/Accounts Executive

Location: Secunderabad, Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Salary: 20,000-24,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Immediate Requirement.

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant/Accounts Executive to join our Health Care Pvt Ltd.

We are distribution company providing Cardiology and Neurology medical products to a network of leading hospitals across India, ensuring reliable product availability and efficient supply-chain support.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain sales, purchase, receipt, and payment entries, manage invoices, delivery challans (DCs), credit notes, and debit notes in Tally.

Verify invoices, purchase orders, pricing, GST, and other billing details.

Maintain day-to-day Accounting transactions and books of accounts.

Maintain inventory records and perform regular stock verification.

Conduct physical stock checks and reconcile stock with system records.

Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for inventory management.





Assist during internal and external audits.

Maintain proper financial documentation and accounting records.

Eligibility Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, MBA (finance)

Experience: Minimum 2 years as an Accountant or Accounts Executive.

Experience in the Pharmaceutical/Pharma Technologies/Healthcare industry is preferred.

Inventory Reconciliation

MS Excel (Advanced)

Invoice Processing & Billing

Robust analytical and numerical skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Good English Speaking Skills.

Preferred Candidate :Experience in Pharma or Healthcare companies.

Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Candidates residing in or around Secunderabad, Hyderabad will be preferred.
