1. Role Overview

The Planning / QS Billing skilled will be responsible for project planning, quantity surveying, measurement, billing, cost monitoring, progress tracking and commercial coordination for EPC, construction, engineering and infrastructure projects.

The role will ensure that project execution is properly planned, physical progress is accurately measured, client and subcontractor bills are prepared and certified, and project costs and quantities are monitored against approved budgets and BOQs.

The position will work closely with Project Management, Site Execution, Engineering, Contracts, Procurement, Finance, Commercial and Client teams to ensure accurate planning, measurement, billing, cost control and timely project reporting.

Essential Experience

- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Planning, Quantity Surveying, Billing, Project Controls or Commercial functions.




- Strong experience in EPC, construction, engineering or infrastructure projects.

14. Qualification

Mandatory:

- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
