Ground 11 Architects is looking to hire experienced Revit / BIM professionals with 3 to 5 years of full-time, hands-on Revit experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up Revit projects from scratch using office and project standards
- Create, edit, and manage Revit families
- Work with Revit templates, view templates, sheets, schedules, filters, parameters, and project browser organization
- Manage worksharing, central files, local files, linked files, and shared models
- Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, and other consultant models
- Use BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud for project collaboration
- Carry out clash detection and assist in resolving coordination issues
- Integrate MEP and structural inputs into architectural drawings
- Maintain model health, file discipline, naming conventions, and documentation standards
- Prepare architectural drawings, details, schedules, and coordinated drawing sets from Revit models
- Work as part of a shared Revit workspace across multiple machines and team members




- Experience with AP and/or Australian standards would be a Bonus.
- 3 to 5 years of active, full-time Revit experience
- Robust working knowledge of Autodesk Revit
- Experience in architectural documentation using Revit
- Ability to create and manage Revit families
- Experience with Revit templates, shared parameters, schedules, filters, and view templates
- Good understanding of worksharing and collaborative BIM workflows
- Working knowledge of BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Experience in clash detection and interdisciplinary coordination
- Ability to coordinate with MEP, structural, and other consultant models
- Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction documentation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Navisworks or similar clash detection tools
- Experience on residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, institutional, or large-scale architectural project
