- Assist customers with orders, delivery status, customization details, and complaints
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Escalate critical issues to the reporting manager when required
- Follow company SOPs, policies, and customer service guidelines
- Work towards improving customer satisfaction (CSAT)
