Key Responsibilities:
- Create short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, Ads) with strong hooks
- Edit high-performing creatives for paid campaigns and organic growth
- Use AI tools to enhance speed, creativity, and production quality
- Work closely with the marketing team on campaign execution
- Stay updated with trends, viral formats, and platform algorithms

Tools & Skills Required:
- Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects
- AI tools like Runway & Pika
- CapCut (short-form content editing)
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing & transitions
- Knowledge of performance marketing creatives

Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in video editing / motion graphics
- Portfolio with short-form & ad creatives
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency workplace

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
