Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients through voice communication channels.
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
- Identify, assess, and address customer needs to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Educate customers about products and services, providing clear guidance when necessary.
- Accurately document customer interactions in accordance with training and company standards.
- Use available tools and resources to research and provide accurate solutions to customer inquiries.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, using appropriate language at all times.Build and maintain solid, trust-based relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.Stay up to date with new procedures, products, and services to provide effective customer support.




- Support business growth by answering product and service-related questions for potential customers.

What We Are Looking For
- Fluent English speaker (B2/C1 level).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible rotational shifts, including night and overnight schedules.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts & Offs : 5.5 Days Working With Rotational Shifts & Offs
Cabs : 180 RS* Number Of Night Shifts For Males & One Sided Cabs For Females In Odd Hours
Versant : B2/ C1 US Voice Versant

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
