Job Title: Accounts Executive

Reports To: Finance Manager / Accounts Manager

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities1. Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Manage general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely closing of books of accounts.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Oversee vendor payments and customer invoicing.
- Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding dues.
- Reconcile vendor and customer accounts regularly.

3. Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws (GST/VAT, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
- Prepare and file statutory returns within deadlines.
- Coordinate with external consultants for tax assessments and regulatory matters.

4. Audit & Internal Controls
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Maintain proper documentation for audit requirements.
- Implement and monitor internal financial controls.

5. Budgeting & Financial Analysis




- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Analyze financial data and prepare management reports.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.

6. Banking & Treasury
- Handle bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.
- Coordinate with banks for transactions and documentation.
- Monitor working capital and fund requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
- CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA (Finance) is an added advantage.
- 6-10 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
