Job Title: Associate - Global Static Data

About Business line/Function: Market and Financing Services (MFS) business line provides a range of solutions to support the increasingly sophisticated requirements of institutional investors, alternative asset managers and financial intermediaries. These include Securities Lending (Agency and Principal), Foreign Exchange (On demand FX, Auto FX, Passive Currency Overlay), Triparty Service and a variety of Financing solutions.

Position Purpose: Associate will be responsible for performing daily tasks related to Global Static data team carried out in the MFS department. He/ She will be working closely with various internal teams and onboarding teams as part of their daily tasks and will report to the Team Leader and local management in Chennai. The staff will be working closely with all internal teams, Paris and local management, as part of their daily BAU. Good functional understanding of the securities lending business along with basic knowledge of reference data management.

Responsibilities





Direct Responsibilities

To perform static data setup – referential (ISIN creation and pricing) across systems at MFS
To perform any current ISIN creation, Collateral &Tax; matrix setups and settlement instructions into various internal applications as requested by various departments such as Business Support Team, Relationship Manager or Front Office
Rigorously follow the issues from the internal teams and onboarding by effective communication and proactive follow-ups
Prioritize the work and conduct investigation with due diligence on all the discrepancies/breaks and respond to all queries with in the timeframe agreed as per SLA and procedures.
Perform control tasks required for the process, double check and confirm the completion of tasks within the deadline in line with daily checklists
Procedures and checklists must be updated/ prepared with immediate effect to be in line with delivery standa
