This role is an opportunity to help ensure quality across a diverse technology ecosystem supporting critical business operations.
You’ll combine manual and automated testing across internal platforms, customer portals, and dealer-facing applications.
Working as an embedded member of an Agile Scrum team, you’ll help build quality into the development lifecycle from the earliest stages.
You’ll investigate defects, analyze test results, and collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
A key focus will be expanding automation while reducing maintenance through emerging AI-assisted testing techniques.
You’ll experiment with AI-generated test cases, self-healing automation, intelligent test prioritization, and AI-supported defect analysis.

Accountabilities
Perform comprehensive manual and automated testing across existing and newly developed applications, including internal origination, underwriting, servicing, and portfolio management systems, as well as customer- and dealer-facing portals.
Design, execute, and maintain detailed test cases and automated test scripts across both legacy and modern platforms.
Analyze test data, results, logs, and failure patterns to identify defects, isolate root causes, and communicate technical findings clearly to engineering teams.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, reproduce issues, validate fixes, and ensure expected functionality.
Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, story reviews, and retrospectives, helping integrate quality throughout the development
