About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead our Networking Domain team at ACL Digital in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in networking protocols, software development, and team leadership. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end development of Layer‑2 and Layer‑3 networking protocols,



ensuring the delivery of high-performance, scalable, and secure networking solutions. The manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware, firmware, QA, and product management, to drive innovation and ensure the successful implementation of complex networking projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the future of networking technology within a dynamic and growth-oriented setting.

Qualifications

The successful candidate should have 12 to 18 years of relevant experience in software engineering, particularly within the networking domain. A strong educational background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Electronic Engineering is essential, with higher degrees being advantageous.
