Accountabilities
Review vaccination and immunization records submitted by applicants, healthcare providers, and authorized agencies.
Validate documentation against client requirements, regulatory standards, and program-specific criteria.
Assess records for completeness, accuracy, validity, and compliance.
Identify missing, expired, incomplete, or non-compliant vaccination information and take the appropriate action.
Update and maintain vaccination and immunization records accurately within internal screening systems.
Perform detailed data entry and document review while maintaining complete records of outcomes.
Conduct quality checks to ensure consistently high levels of accuracy and adherence to established standards.
Meet defined service-level agreements (SLAs), turnaround times (TATs), productivity goals, and quality targets.
