Role Overview
We are looking for an Ecommerce Executive to manage day-to-day operations across marketplaces and D2C platforms, drive sales, ensure strong brand visibility, and support marketplace growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Flipkart and other marketplaces.
Ensure accurate product listings, content, pricing, inventory and catalogue hygiene.
Monitor sales, stock availability, orders, returns and overall marketplace performance.
Coordinate with marketplaces on new launches, promotions, campaigns and visibility opportunities.
Plan and execute marketplace promotions, deals and offers in line with business objectives.
Manage and monitor Marketplace Advertising / Sponsored Ads, including campaign setup, keyword/product targeting, budgets and performance.
Track key advertising metrics such as ROAS, ACOS, CTR, CPC and conversion and optimise campaigns accordingly.
Analyse sales, traffic,



conversion and advertising reports to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams for inventory planning, pricing, content, logistics and customer service. Ensure marketplace price parity and brand guidelines are maintained.
Prepare regular sales and performance reports with actionable insights.

Desired Skills & Experience
2–4 years of experience in Ecommerce / Marketplace operations, preferably in Beauty, Cosmetics, Fashion or FMCG.
Good understanding of Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Flipkart or similar marketplaces.
Working knowledge of Marketplace Ads / Sponsored Advertising and campaign optimisation.
Strong analytical skills with good MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines.
Commercially aware, detail-oriented and results-driven.
