Role Description The Client Relationship Manager is a full time, on-site role located in Pocket 4 Sector 22. This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with NGO clients using MIS Software, serving as their primary point of contact for inquiries, product guidance, and support.



Day-to-day tasks include understanding client requirements, coordinating onboarding and training sessions, monitoring client usage and satisfaction, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve value and engagement. The role involves gathering feedback, collaborating with internal product and support teams to resolve issues, preparing client reports and updates, and ensuring timely communication regarding new features and enhancements. The Client Relationship Manager will also support renewal and retention activities, help clients optimize their workflows on the platform, and contribute to best practices documentation and client education materials.
