Talent Acquisition Specialist : 1–2 Years
Location: Mumbai | Experience: 1–2 Years | Work Mode: In office

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team at Zell Education.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
Understand hiring requirements and create effective JDs.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and culture fit.
Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage offer rollouts.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Work closely with hiring managers to close positions within TAT.

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
Strong sourcing, communication, and candidate management skills.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn & Naukri.
Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders effectively.
