Position 1: Odisha & Bihar
Position 2: Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana
Position 3: Uttarakhand & Himachal Pradesh
(Base location to be specified for each of the 3 positions)

??????????: Minimum 4 years of relevant field sales experience

??????: Rs. 50,000 per month onwards, depending on relevant experience and sales track record. Salary structure, applicable incentives, and travel reimbursement to be specified in the offer.

????????? ??: Designated Area / Regional Sales Manager or Sales Head, as assigned
Product portfolio: PC Lite polycarbonate hollow, solid and corrugated sheets; GPPS and PP sheets, as assigned

Grow profitable sales and timely collections in the assigned territory by developing active dealers and distributors, strengthening existing accounts and converting relevant project opportunities.

????? ????????: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by value, volume, and assigned product category; build an enquiry pipeline and provide realistic forecasts.
????????? ???????????: Map district-wise dealers, distributors, fabricators, roofing contractors, signage customers, and projects; develop uncovered markets within the approved channel plan.
?????? ??????????: Identify and recommend suitable dealers and distributors for approval; secure first orders, repeat orders and regular business from appointed accounts.
??????? ??? ??????? ???????????: Grow existing customers, reactivate dormant accounts and expand the product mix. Present grades, thicknesses, applications and product perks accurately.
????? ??????????: Follow up enquiries, prepare quotations and negotiate within approved prices, discounts and credit terms. Obtain approval before committing exceptions.
