Role Description The Senior Process Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Abroad This role is responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing processes that support the firm’s service delivery, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and compliance. Day-to-day tasks include developing and refining process workflows, establishing process control parameters, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.



The Senior Process Engineer will monitor process performance, identify bottlenecks, conduct root-cause analyses, and recommend corrective actions. The role also involves preparing technical documentation, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal standards, and mentoring junior team members on best practices in process engineering.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Process Engineering and Chemical Engineering, with experience in complex, service-oriented operations.
Candidates should possess expertise in Process Design and Process Control, including the ability to develop, implement, and refine scalable workflows.
