Solid knowledge of insurance concepts and processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Experience in policy processing, submissions, or underwriting support (preferred)
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Quick learner with adaptability to process changes
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and other MS Office applications
Customer service and stakeholder management skills
Qualification:
Qualification: BCOM/BBA/BSC/BA.
Experience: 2-4 years
Strong understanding of Insurance
Candidate should be comfortable with rotational shifts
