Job Title – Assistant General Manager – Design & Development
Location – Pune

Job Description -
We are looking for an experienced and design-driven skilled to lead the planning, design management, and technical development of large-scale real estate projects across residential, commercial, mixed-use and township developments.




The role will be responsible for driving projects from feasibility and conceptualization through design development, statutory approvals, and execution support. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic link between the business, design consultants, engineering teams, project management, sales & marketing, and external stakeholders to optimize project value, efficiency, design quality, and customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities -
Lead project feasibility studies, design briefs, development vision, and master planning objectives
Drive the end-to-end design lifecycle from concept development through construction documentation and execution support
Review and manage master plans, site layouts, unit planning, architectural designs, and multidisciplinary design proposals
Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP, landscape, façade, interior, and other design consultants to ensure timely and effective project delivery
Ensure design compliance with applicable development regulations, building
