Job Description
We are looking for a CA-qualified Finance Controller to manage and oversee the financial operations of our managed office business. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cash-flow management, compliance, and financial controls.
nThe candidate should be comfortable working in a quick-paced, growing environment and should have a strong understanding of revenue, operating expenses, client billing, vendor management, and profitability at the centre/business-unit level.

- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations for the managed office business.n
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, MIS reports, P&L;, balance sheet, and cash-flow statements.n
- Monitor revenue, expenses, collections, payables, and working capital.n
- Manage client invoicing, revenue recognition, collections, and outstanding receivables.n
- Review vendor bills, purchase orders, payments, and expense approvals.n




- Prepare centre-wise / location-wise profitability reports and analyse variances against budgets.n
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.n
- Track key financial KPIs and provide actionable insights to management.n
- Ensure timely closure of monthly books and maintain accurate accounting records.n
- Manage statutory compliance including GST, TDS, income tax, audits, and other applicable regulatory requirements.n
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.n
- Establish and strengthen financial controls, processes, and approval mechanisms.n
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support management in improving operational profitability.n
- Manage cash-flow planning and ensure adequate working capital for business operations.n
- Work closely with Operations, Sales, Procurement, HR, and Management teams on financial matters.n
