Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultant with 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM implementation, configuration, and support. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Core HCM, Business Process Configuration, Security, Compensation, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking, and Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

· Configure and support Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, Time & Absence modules.

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
- Configure Business Processes including Hire, Termination, Change Job, Transfer, Onboarding, and Compensation events.
- Configure Security Groups, Domain Security Policies, and Business Process Security.
- Develop and maintain Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, and Calculated Fields.
- Support Workday releases, testing, UAT, and production deployments.
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, and Business stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues across Workday modules.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration workbooks, and process documentation.
- Provide post-production support and enhancement recommendations.

2. : Workday Technical Consultant / Workday Integration Consultant

Experience: 5+ Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a Workday Technical Consultant with 5+ years of experience in Workday Integrations, Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, Reporting, and Security. The candidate should have hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and supporting complex inbound and outbound integrations.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations.

- Build inbound and outbound integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PICOF, and PECI.
- Integrate Workday with third-party applications using SOAP and REST APIs.
- Develop XSLT transformations and XML-based integrations.
- Create custom reports, BIRT reports, and calculated fields.
- Configure and maintain ISU and ISG security.
- Perform tenant migrations and deployment using Object Transporter.
- Troubleshoot integration failures and production issues.
- Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, and documentation.
- Support Workday releases, SIT, UAT, and production migrations.
