IILM University is Inviting Applications. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Gym Trainer (Male/Female) to join our university campus and support the fitness and well-being of our students.
Position: Gym Trainer – Male/Female Qualification - Graduate with a recognized Fitness/Gym Training Certification Experience - 2–4 years of relevant experience in a reputed gym, university, educational institution, or institutional fitness centre Key Responsibilities - Supervise day-to-day gym operations
- Prepare fitness plans and guide students in their workouts
- Ensure the secure and proper use of gym equipment
- Maintain safety, discipline, and hygiene within the gym
- Provide fitness guidance and support to students Preferred - CPR / First-Aid Certification will be an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
