About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Security Solutions Specialist to join Allegion India’s dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting security solutions that meet the diverse needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of security systems, including electronic access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and other integrated security technologies.

You will work closely with clients to assess their security requirements, recommend appropriate products and services, and ensure the successful deployment and maintenance of security systems. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams. The candidate should demonstrate problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Relevant certifications in security systems or related fields will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement security solutions tailored to client needs by conducting thorough assessments of their premises and security requirements.

Collaborate with sales, technical teams, and clients to design integrated security systems that are efficient, scalable, and compliant with industry standards.

Provide technical support during the installation, configuration, and commissioning of security hardware and software.

Conduct site surveys, risk assessments, and system testing to ensure optimal performance and security coverage.

Train clients and end-users on the operation and maintenance of security systems, ensuring they are equipped to handle basic troubleshooting and updates.

Maintain detailed documentation of security systems, configurations,
