About The Role

We are seeking a talented Web Developer to join our dynamic team at IISF. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our websites and web tools that support our mission of promoting sustainable finance. This role requires a creative problem solver who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including researchers, content creators, and stakeholders, to deliver engaging and user-friendly digital platforms.

The Web

Developer will take ownership of various design and development tasks throughout the web development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with our organizational goals. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive attitude,



a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in at least one server-side technology such as Java, PHP, NodeJS, Python, or Ruby.
- Strong understanding of web development best practices, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

- Revise, edit, proofread, and optimize web content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall user experience of our digital platforms.
- Design, develop, and implement new website features and functionalities based on project requirements.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing websites, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Participate in the full web development lifecycle,



from conceptualization to deployment and maintenance.
- Stay updated with the latest web development trends and incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, accessible, and compliant with relevant standards and regulations.
