Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Head to manage and lead PAN-India warehouse, logistics, inventory, transportation, and supply chain operations.

The candidate will be responsible for operational P&L;, cost optimization, inventory accuracy, process improvement, vendor management, and leading teams across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead PAN-India warehouse, logistics, inventory, transportation, and distribution operations.
- Develop and implement warehouse and supply chain strategies.
- Own operational P&L;, budgeting, cost control, and productivity.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, stock control, and timely order fulfillment.
- Develop SOPs and drive process improvement and automation.
- Manage logistics partners, vendors, and service providers.
- Monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy, TAT, fulfillment rate, productivity, and logistics costs.
- Lead and develop warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams across multiple locations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
- Work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 8 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations.
- Proven experience managing PAN-India or multi-location operations.
- Strong experience in P&L; management, budgeting, and cost optimization.
- Experience in warehouse strategy, process improvement, SOP implementation, and automation.




- Solid vendor and logistics partner management experience.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS and inventory management systems.
- Proven team management and leadership experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience in E-commerce, D2C, Retail, FMCG, or Consumer Products is preferred.

Important Details

- Location: Pune
- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Working Days: 6 Days/Week
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Team Size: 15–16 members
- Reporting To: CEO
- Notice Period: 30 days preferred; up to 60 days negotiable; 90 days not acceptable.
- Relocation: Candidates must be willing to relocate to Pune.

Pay: ₹1,600,000.00 - ₹2,700,000.00 per year
