Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Video Editor role based in Mumbai, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week.

The Video

Editor will handle end-to-end video editing, including assembling raw footage, trimming clips, and creating coherent, engaging stories aligned with brand guidelines and client objectives. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with content and marketing teams, applying color grading, adding motion graphics or visual effects, and preparing multiple formats optimized for social media and web platforms. The role also involves managing project timelines, organizing media assets,



and maintaining a consistent visual style across campaigns.

The Video

Editor will contribute creative ideas to improve video concepts and ensure high-quality output for client and internal projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including handling raw footage and creating polished final outputs creating long-form and short form content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, appealing visual tones across different projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling with titles, lower thirds, overlays, and visual elements.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) is A MUST.
- Should know how to use AI platforms for image generation, video generation.
- Relevant experience in editing content for social media, brand campaigns, and short-form videos is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and effective collaboration skills with cross-functional teams are important.
- A degree or certification in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
