Role Description The Video Editor Intern role at PPStack is a full-time remote position focused on supporting the creation of engaging video content across educational, marketing, and branding initiatives. In this role, the intern will edit and assemble raw video footage, apply transitions, effects, and sound, and ensure content aligns with PPStack’s brand guidelines and learning objectives. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with content and marketing teams, preparing video assets for various platforms, optimizing videos for social media and e-learning environments,



and maintaining organized project files.

The intern will also assist with basic color correction, easy motion graphics, and graphics integration to enhance visual storytelling. This position offers hands-on experience in EdTech-focused media production and an opportunity to learn from experienced creative and education professionals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and basic understanding of filming or working with raw footage.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Editing, including trimming, sequencing, adding transitions, and integrating audio.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading and color correction to maintain visual consistency and quality.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create simple animations, titles, and visual elements.
- Familiarity with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or similar) is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to follow briefs and brand guidelines are expected.
- Effective communication skills, time management, and the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment are required.
- Ongoing studies or recent completion of a program in Media, Film, Design, Communication, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
