Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Bengaluru.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling raw footage into engaging video content for marketing, learning modules, and brand communication. The role includes collaborating with content creators, instructional designers, and marketing teams to develop visually appealing videos aligned with educational and branding goals. Day-to-day tasks involve organizing and managing media assets, applying transitions and effects, refining audio and color,



and integrating motion graphics where required.

The Video

Editor will also contribute creative ideas, optimize videos for various platforms, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high production standards.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, including handling raw footage and assembling complete video content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading with a clear understanding of visual tone, contrast, and color correction for different formats.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.
- Experience with industry-standard video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects).
- Basic knowledge of audio editing, sound syncing, and optimizing videos for online platforms and social media.
- Robust attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and openness to feedback and iterative improvement.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams on-site in Bengaluru.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, animation, design, or a related field; prior experience in edtech or education-focused content is an advantage.
