As a Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions to our clients, covering various aspects of BPM. You will work closely with our team to develop training materials, conduct needs assessments, and create tailored training plans. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our clients' BPM implementations and ensure they achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities

- Design and deliver high-quality training sessions on BPM concepts and best practices.
- Conduct needs assessments and create customized training plans for clients.
- Develop and update training materials, including presentations, handouts, and interactive activities.
- Collaborate with the Delivery Assurance team to align training with project objectives.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients post-training, ensuring their successful BPM implementation.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in BPM and training methodologies.
- Conduct regular training evaluations and gather feedback to improve training effectiveness.
- Assist in the development of training programs for internal teams and new hires.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to the growth of the training department.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BPM or a similar role, with a proven track record in training and knowledge transfer.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a client-centric approach.




- Proficiency in using BPM tools and technologies, such as process modeling software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in creating engaging training materials and delivering interactive sessions.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements and attend industry conferences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
