Skill Requirements

- Install, configure, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications, APIs, and integrations supporting R&D; and Regulatory Affairs business processes.
- Support integrations across R&D; platforms, regulatory systems, data platforms, external SaaS applications, and cloud-based solutions.
- Perform software installation, upgrades, and maintenance on Windows and Linux servers as well as end-user devices.
- Monitor application performance and ensure platform stability, availability, and reliability.

Other Requirements

- Administer and support Windows and Linux server environments.
- Manage software configurations, deployments, and system updates.
- Provide support for Citrix and Remote Desktop Services (RDS) environments.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues related to operating systems, networking, security, and application infrastructure.
