The Opportunity

We are looking to partner with experienced Therapists / Psychologists interested in working at the intersection of mental health, relationships and sexual wellness.

? Locations : Indiranagar | Sahakar nagar | Whitefield | Koramangala - Bengaluru

? Part-time Collaboration: 12 hours per week

? Remuneration: Payout: ₹25,000–₹30,000/month, linked to session volume.

? Mode: In office, Part-Time

What You’ll Do

- Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions.
- Work with concerns including anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions and sexual wellness.
- Build a long-term patient base through Allo.




- Collaborate with psychiatrists and other clinicians as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Who We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of clinical experience after completing your Master’s
- Master’s/MPhil in Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology
- Prior offline/in-person therapy experience
- Comfortable communicating in Kannada
- Able to commit 12 hours per week
- Mental health, couples/relationship counselling experience preferred
- Exposure to sexual wellness/sex therapy is an added advantage
