About the Rol

We are looking for a Testing & Quality Engineer Intern to join our team. This role combines end-to-end software, app, apis, backend and hardware quality testing. You will work hands-on with our smart devices, writing and modifying firmware, testing builds on real hardware, validating device behavior, and collaborating closely with our firmware, cloud, AI, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth production and consistent quality.

Key Responsibilities

APIs, App, Conversational AI, Firmware QA & Integrating Testing

- Testing firmware builds for stability, performance, and correct integration with hardware components
- Testing app and apis for end users before any release
- Perform regression testing after firmware updates to validate fixes and ensure no new issues are introduced
- Reproduce reported bugs and provide detailed logs, steps, and observations
- Assist in diagnosing AI- app- firmware interaction issues during development

App, Hardware, AI QA and Device Test

- Performing manual and structured testing on app, hardware device
- Inspect and validate incoming parts from vendors for consistency and quality
- Identify, log,



and track hardware defects or non-conformance through resolution
- Support pilot runs and mass production quality checks with manufacturing partners

Required Skills & Experience

- Programming: Basic to intermediate experience in embedded C, python and React-Native.
- Systems Knowledge: Understanding of app, APIs, firmware lifecycle, and device boot flows.
- Debugging Skills: Ability to read logs, use serial consoles, and systematically troubleshoot firmware and hardware issues
- Flashing & Tools: Comfort with flashing firmware, using serial log readers, and basic debugging utilities
- Documentation & Communication: Clear defect logging and communication with engineering and manufacturing teams
- Eagerness to Learn: Solid interest in growing deeper into embedded systems, firmware development, and consumer hardware

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Embedded Systems, or related fields
- Prior internship or hands-on experience in QA for app and hardware.
