About the Role

Sanskriti International School is looking for a Telecaller to handle basic calls, enquiries, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be comfortable speaking with parents and providing information about the school.

Key Responsibilities

- Make and receive calls related to school enquiries
- Speak with parents and prospective students in a polite and qualified manner
- Follow up with enquiries and provide the required information
- Maintain basic records of calls and follow-ups
- Coordinate with the concerned team when required
- Handle routine queries and ensure timely responses
- Maintain clear and professional communication

Requirements

- Good verbal communication skills
- Good command of English and Telugu
- Confident and polite while speaking over the phone
- Basic computer knowledge
- Previous telecalling or customer service experience is preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
