Job Title: Technical Project Manager /n Location: GOP – Perungalathur Office, Chennai /n Work Mode: Work from Office (5 days a week) /n Working Hours: UK Shift /n Role Summary /n We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of web and mobile application development, enhancements, and maintenance/support projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding, experience managing cross-functional teams (Applications+Infra+Network), and proven capability in handling both project delivery and support operations. This role requires strong stakeholder management, planning, and documentation skills, along with the ability to work effectively with onsite/offshore teams. /n Key Responsibilities: /n Project Delivery & Execution /n /n

- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

/n

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, sprint plans, and release schedules.

/n

- Plan, allocate, and manage resources across development and support teams.

/n

- Manage end-to-end delivery of development, enhancements, and support services.

/n

- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigation strategies.

/n

- Ensure adherence to quality standards, secure coding practices, and compliance guidelines.

/n

- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

/n /n Technical & Functional Leadership /n /n

- Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, UI/UX, and DevOps teams.

/n

- Review technical solutions, user stories, design approaches, and estimations.

/n

- Support integrations with APIs, cloud platforms, backend systems, and mobile frameworks.

/n





- Ensure smooth deployment and release management across environments.

/n

- Track team performance, utilization, and productivity.

/n

- Mentor team members and promote continuous process improvements.

/n /n Support Management /n /n

- Oversee L2/L3 application support, incident management, and service request handling.

/n

- Track and ensure compliance with SLAs, uptime, and performance metrics.

/n

- Facilitate RCA, corrective actions, and preventive measures for recurring issues.

/n

- Coordinate production deployments, hotfixes, and stabilization activities.

/n /n Business & Customer Engagement /n /n

- Act as the primary contact for customers, business owners, and vendor partners.

/n

- Provide timely communication on project status, risks, and milestones.

/n

- Manage escalations effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.

/n

- Participate in customer walkthroughs, solution discussions, and governance meetings.

/n /n RFP & Documentation Expertise /n /n

- Collaborate with solution architects, technical leads, and presales teams to prepare RFP/RFI responses, including solution approach, delivery model, and effort estimations.

/n

- Apply proven effort estimation techniques (WBS, function points, story points, analogy-based, etc.).

/n

- Draft, review, and manage project-related documents including Statements of Work (SOW),



project charters, resource plans, RAID logs, and status reports.

/n /n Required Skills & Experience /n /n

- 15+ years of experience in IT with at least 3–5 years in project management or technical leadership.

/n

- Solid technical understanding of web (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular, Drupal) and mobile (iOS/Android) applications.

/n

- Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Network Operations and CI/CD pipelines.

/n

- Experience handling development and maintenance/support projects.

/n

- Hands-on experience with RFP responses, SOW drafting, effort estimation, and resource planning.

/n

- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence or similar.

/n

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

/n

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in Healthcare, Health Insurance, or other regulated domains.

- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, ITIL, SAFe, Prince2.

- Exposure to DevOps, application monitoring tools, and cloud-native solutions.
