As Project Manager , you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional projects focused on recent product development, product enhancements, and lifecycle management activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with multidisciplinary teams and gain hands-on experience in managing technical projects from concept through delivery. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Support the planning, execution, and tracking of technical projects from initiation to completion.

/n

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, Quality & Regulatory, Operations, Procurement, Customer Support, and Technical Publications.

/n

- Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and resource tracking using project management tools.

/n

- Consolidate inputs from hardware, software, and other functional teams to build and maintain integrated project plans.

/n

- Create project status reports, dashboards, presentations, and metrics for leadership reviews.

/n

- Develop and maintain project documentation, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Gantt Charts, risk registers, and action trackers.

/n

- Monitor project milestones and help ensure timely delivery of project objectives.

/n

- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and support mitigation planning.

/n

- Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders and support effective communication across teams.

/n

- Assist in managing product lifecycle activities, design changes, and innovation projects.

/n

- Support project governance processes and ensure compliance with organizational and quality requirements.

/n

- Leverage AI-enabled tools and modern project management practices to improve team productivity and project outcomes.

- Foster positive working relationships within cross-functional teams and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

/n /n Education /n /n

- Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.

/n

- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification OR

/n

- Master's degree in project management, Engineering Management, or a related discipline.

/n /n Experience /n /n

- 0 to 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, R&D;, engineering, product development, or related areas.

/n

- Internship, academic projects, or industry exposure in technical project environments will be an advantage.

- Understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.

/n

- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel (Pivot Tables, Charts), PowerPoint, and Power BI.
