Job Title :: Technical Delivery Manager

- We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager who can lead high-performing engineering teams while actively engaging in technical discussions. This role sits at the intersection of technology, delivery, and people leadership—not pure project management and not pure architecture.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end technical delivery for application teams (primarily Salesforce ecosystem)
- Lead and manage technical architects, engineers, and delivery teams
- Drive delivery excellence, timelines, and quality outcomes
- Act as a bridge between business, architecture, and engineering teams
- Participate in technical discussions, validate solutions, and challenge design decisions
- Guide teams on best practices and standards (Coding, DevOps, release management, security, scalability)
- Ensure team productivity, engagement, and performance management

Must-Have Skills





- Solid technical foundation (preferably from development or engineering background)
- Must demonstrate a commitment to staying technically relevant
- Proven experience in managing technical teams and delivery
- Ability to understand architecture discussions and validate technical solutions
- Experience in application delivery within complex ecosystems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills

Must have

- Exposure to Salesforce ecosystem
- Understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and system design basics
- Experience in Agile delivery environments
