Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and enhance microservices-based solutions, ensuring high availability, resiliency, and maintainability.
- Develop event-driven applications utilizing Kafka and other messaging technologies.
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and external systems.
- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications running on Kubernetes (K8s) environments.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and code review processes.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.
- Analyze and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal system efficiency and scalability.
- Drive engineering best practices around code quality, testing, CI/CD, observability, and operational excellence.
- Mentor and support team members while fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Java backend development and Spring Boot.
- Proven experience in designing and developing microservices-based architectures.




- Expertise in building and maintaining scalable, cloud-native applications.
- Experience with Kafka or similar messaging/event-streaming platforms.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and containerized application deployment.

Desirable Skills
- Experience with Docker and container orchestration technologies.
