About the Role

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Project Operations Associate Solution Architect / Technical Lead to drive the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations solutions. This role will lead technical strategy, solution design, integrations, and platform extensibility initiatives while collaborating with business and technology stakeholders.

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 Project Operations solutions aligned to business needs and industry best practices.
- Configure and optimize project planning, resource management, forecasting, time & expense management, invoicing, and project accounting capabilities.
- Design scalable solutions leveraging Dataverse, Power Platform, Project Operations, and enterprise integration architectures.
- Implement custom extensions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Plugins, Custom APIs, Web Resources, and PCF Controls.
- Provide technical governance, code reviews, architecture guidance, troubleshooting support, and mentoring across project teams.

What We Need

- 8+ years of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform experience with significant expertise in Dynamics 365 Project Operations implementation, customization, and architecture.




- Strong hands-on experience with Project Schedule Service (PSS) APIs, Dataverse data modeling, Power Apps, Power Automate, Model-driven Apps, and enterprise solution design.
- Proven experience integrating Dynamics 365 Project Operations with external systems using REST APIs, Azure Services, Logic Apps, Power Platform Connectors, and data migration tools such as KingswaySoft or SSIS.
- Comfortable using AI tools responsibly to improve productivity, quality, research, documentation, and day-to-day work outcomes.
- Expected to adopt AI-enabled ways of working while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, compliance, and human review of outputs.

Nice to Have

- Microsoft certifications including Dynamics 365 Project Operations Functional Consultant Associate, Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, or Power Platform Developer Associate.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales integration, Lead-to-Project lifecycle management, and Quote-to-Cash processes.
- Knowledge of Project Operations dual-write architecture and Finance integration scenarios.
- Experience implementing project-based ERP/PSA solutions in global Qualified Services, Engineering, Consulting, or project-centric organizations.
- Exposure to AI-powered capabilities within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.
