Qualifications & Education

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.

Experience & Background
- Required: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in structural BIM modeling using Autodesk Revit Structure.
- Preferred: Experience working on US-based structural engineering or construction projects, with a basic understanding of US codes, standards, and drawing practices.
- Preferred: Knowledge of light gauge steel (LGS) framing, structural steel design, or steel detailing is an added advantage.

Software Proficiency
- Required: Proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure and Autodesk AutoCAD.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Bluebeam Revu is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate and detailed 3D structural BIM models using Revit based on structural designs, drawings, sketches, and engineering inputs.
- Prepare detailed structural drawings, documentation, and construction-ready deliverables.




- Coordinate structural models and drawings with project requirements and other disciplines.
- Maintain model accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established BIM standards and workflows.
- Review and incorporate design changes and project revisions efficiently.
- Support the team in maintaining high-quality structural modeling and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

- Strong written and verbal English communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and project stakeholders.
- Valuable attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a project-driven environment.
- Genuine interest in BIM workflows, structural modeling, and industry best practices.
- Ability to learn new tools, standards, and project requirements quickly.
