Role Description The Structural Engineer will work on-site in Hyderabad in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with architects, project managers, and other engineering professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing structural analysis and design for buildings and infrastructure, preparing calculations, and developing structural drawings and models using CAD tools. The role involves reviewing architectural plans, coordinating with design and construction teams to ensure structural integrity, and supporting the preparation of technical documentation, specifications, and reports.

The Structural

Engineer will participate in site visits,



monitor construction for compliance with design intent, and assist in resolving structural issues during project execution. This position also requires adherence to relevant codes and standards, as well as proactive communication with stakeholders to maintain project timelines and quality.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering, with the ability to apply engineering principles to building and infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in Structural Analysis and Calculations, including the use of relevant engineering software and methods.
- Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for preparing structural drawings, models, and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Familiarity with national and international building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams on-site.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to quality and deadlines.
- Prior experience in building design or infrastructure projects in an architectural or engineering firm is an advantage.
