Position: Structural Design Engineer – Steel

Qualification: M.E. / M.Tech in Structural Engineering

Experience: 5–9 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Design and analyze steel structures in compliance with relevant IS codes and project specifications.
- Prepare structural design calculations, design reports, and construction drawings for steel structures and PEB buildings.
- Review and approve structural design calculations, fabrication drawings, and erection drawings submitted by PEB Vendors.
- Design steel structures including PEB frames, columns, rafters, bracings, platforms, mezzanines, and other structural steel elements.
- Review and approve STAAD files submitted by PEB Vendors.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, geotechnical consultants, PEB vendors, and project teams to ensure integrated designs.




- Provide technical support during project execution and resolve site-related structural and steel design issues.
- Review fabrication and connection detailing and ensure compliance with approved designs and quality standards.
- Conduct site visits to inspect steel structural works and monitor structural quality during fabrication and erection.
- Ensure designs are protected, economical, and optimized for fabrication and construction.
- Support value engineering and continuous improvement initiatives in structural design.
