Role Description The Store Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vasai.

The Store

Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization. This role involves supervising store staff, planning work schedules, and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.

Manager will monitor sales performance, implement merchandising strategies,



and manage cash handling and reporting. A key focus of the position is delivering strong customer service, addressing customer queries and concerns, and promoting an efficient and positive in-store experience.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability in Store Management, including overseeing daily operations and staff supervision.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and management.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including monitoring shrinkage and implementing security measures.
- Previous experience in retail or store management, preferably in electrical or hardware products.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to work in office full time in Vasai and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is beneficial.
