We are hiring! Grace Technologies & Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Sr. Network Support Engineer to join our team at our Nagpur Head Office. If you have over 8 years of deep, hands-on experience designing, configuring, and troubleshooting enterprise network infrastructures, we want to scale our team with you.

Key Responsibilities & Required Expertise: Switching & Core Networking

Required Expertise

Switching & Core Networking: Advanced expertise in Cisco and Aruba switching, including VLAN segmentation, Spanning Tree Protocol (STP/RSTP), and link aggregation. Routing & IP Protocols: Mastery of TCP/IP, IP addressing, subnetting, and configuring both Static and Agile Routing protocols (such as OSPF, BGP, or EIGRP).

Implementing Network Address

Translation (NAT/PAT), and access control lists (ACLs). Wireless & Access Control:



Experience managing enterprise wireless networks (Cisco/Aruba WLCs) and network access security.

Network Operations: Proficient in network monitoring tools, firmware upgrades, network diagnostics, and resolving high-priority L3 network incidents.

Required Experience

Min 8+ years of proven experience in network engineering and enterprise support with CCNA/CCNP, Aruba certification, or equivalent network certifications are highly preferred.

Job Location

Full-time on-site position at our Nagpur Head Office.
