Jr./Sr. Solution Architect to join our product engineering team and work on a mission-driven Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM product developed for our US-based University . Position

Jr./Sr. Solution Architect – Dynamics 365 CRM Experience:

Work From Office – 5 days a week Working Hours:

Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Notice Period:

Immediate to 45 days preferred

What We're Looking For We are looking for a strong technical professional with extensive experience in: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM Dynamics 365 solution design, customization, development and integration C# / .NET CRM Plugins & SDK Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate & Power Pages Dataverse APIs and integration with external systems CRM workflows, business processes and Flows Source control and CI/CD environments Troubleshooting, debugging and performance optimization Designing scalable and maintainable CRM solutions Technical decision-making and solution governance Mentoring development teams and reviewing technical solutions Working closely with technical and business stakeholders

Key Responsibilities Design and guide the architecture of





Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions Define technical approaches, integration patterns and scalable solution designs Review technical designs and development solutions Design and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems Guide the use of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Dataverse Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues Identify opportunities to improve performance, scalability and efficiency Mentor and guide technical team members Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams Stay current with Dynamics 365, Power Platform and emerging AI capabilities
