Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web and backend applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, and related technologies.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective technical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and testable code following coding standards and best practices.
- Perform code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance, scalability, and production issues.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to design decisions.
- Work closely with Agile teams and participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support CI/CD processes, deployments, release activities, application monitoring, and incident resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by adopting modern development practices, tools, and frameworks.

Skills and Requirements

- Minimum 5+ years of skilled experience in .NET application development.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API development.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, database design,



and query optimization.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks like Angular or React.
- Good understanding of microservices architecture and cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Strong knowledge of software design patterns, SOLID principles, object-oriented programming, and software engineering best practices.
- Experience with source control systems such as Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven ability to take ownership of features and deliver solutions from design through deployment and support.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Hands-on experience with Azure services, Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized application deployment is preferred.
- Exposure to DevOps practices, logging frameworks, monitoring tools, and observability solutions is preferred.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong commitment to quality, continuous learning, innovation, and engineering excellence.
