Position: Software Engineer II (ETL Developer)
Location: Bengaluru, India
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days/week from office)
Interview Process: 1 round, 60-minute In-Person Interview
Key Skills Required
- Solid ETL Development experience - Strong SQL skills with expertise in writing core logic and complex SQL queries - Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka - Python, Java, or Scala - Cloud experience (GCP preferred) - Knowledge of BigQuery, Hive, Object Storage (GCS/S3/HDFS) - Messaging services such as Pub/Sub, Kafka, SNS, RabbitMQ - Terraform and infrastructure automation experience - Good to have: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD
Hiring Manager Focus Areas The hiring manager will primarily evaluate:
- Strong SQL fundamentals and ability to build complex business logic - Hands-on ETL development experience - Cloud exposure, preferably GCP - Ability to work in a hybrid environment (3 days WFO)
