- Job Title: Unreal (C++) Developer

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Unreal (C++) Developer to architect, build, and scale a next-

generation Ceramic Metaverse Platform that delivers immersive, interactive, and intelligent digital experiences for the ceramics, architecture, and interior design ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Unreal Engine, C++, and real-time 3D application development, with experience in building solutions for infrastructure, construction, architecture visualization, digital twin, BIM, or engineering platforms.

Must Have Skills

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Unreal Engine Development
- Strong programming experience in C++, Blueprints
- Experience with Unreal Engine 4 / Unreal Engine 5
- Strong understanding of Blueprints, gameplay framework, and engine architecture
- Should have exposure to Unreal Streaming Engine Platforms
- Positive to have experience in AEC / Infrastructure / Construction / Engineering domain projects
- Hands-on experience in 3D visualization, real-time rendering, or simulation products
- Understanding of BIM workflows,



CAD data integration, or engineering models
- Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns
- Experience in debugging, profiling, and performance optimization
- Knowledge of Git / Perforce / Version Control Systems
- Good understanding of memory management and multithreading in C++

Good to Have Skills:

- Experience with Digital Twin Platforms
- Exposure to Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bentley, IFC or similar tools
- Experience in importing and optimizing CAD / BIM / GIS models into Unreal Engine
- Knowledge of VR / AR / MR solutions for architecture or construction walkthroughs
- Familiarity with Data smith workflows
- Python or automation scripting experience
- Cloud deployment / SaaS product experience
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop scalable product features using Unreal Engine and C++
- Build interactive real-time visualization solutions for AEC customers
- Work on digital twin, smart city, construction simulation, and immersive walkthrough products
- Integrate BIM / CAD / engineering data into Unreal-based applications
- Optimize rendering performance for large-scale infrastructure models
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams
- Troubleshoot technical issues and improve product performance
- Participate in product architecture and roadmap discussions

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Architecture Technology, or related field
- Experience in product-based company environment preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for building innovative solutions for AEC industry
